How to Return
Start Your Return
Contact our customer service team at returns@nietzschefied.com or use our online return form. Include your order number and reason for return.
Receive Return Label
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours. Print the label and attach it to your package.
Package Your Items
Securely package your items in the original packaging if possible. Include all tags and accessories.
Ship Your Return
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location or schedule a pickup. Keep your tracking receipt.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and process your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Exchanges
Size or Color Exchange
Need a different size or color? We make exchanges easy and free within 30 days.
Free Exchanges Include:
- • Size exchanges (same item, different size)
- • Color exchanges (same item, different color)
- • Defective item replacements
- • Wrong item sent by us
Exchange Process:
- • Contact us with your exchange request
- • We'll send you a new item immediately
- • Return the original item using our prepaid label
- • No additional charges for size/color exchanges
